At Specialized Physical Therapy, we treat a number of different types of pain through Myofascial Release, a technique that relieves tension and pain by releasing and lengthening both muscles and the "fascia," or elastic web of connective tissue that ties your body together.

Many of our patients liken our sort of therapy to massage; while it's different from massage, the experience is similar. Our clinic is a soothing oasis where we treat each patient as an individual and work with them to ease pain, increase mobility and enjoy life again.

We treat TMJ dysfunction, headaches/migraine and neck pain that result from dental challenges.

NEUROLOGY & PAIN

We treat headache/migraine, neck and back pain, restricted mobility, trigger point pain.

We treat sexual dysfunction, prenatal/postpartum, post-op breast health, pudendal neuralgia, incontinence, endometriosis, pelvic floor dysfunction.

Our newest location is in Ridgeland, Mississippi, on West Jackson Street, east of Ely's Restaurant and beside CoatTails. 

Flowood Location

Our original location is off Airport Road in Flowood, Mississippi between Lakeland Drive and Flowood Drive.

    As of July 1, 2024, depending on your specific insurance plan, and diagnosis, a physician’s prescription may not be required. Patients on Medicare and insurance plans requiring prior authorization for treatment will need a physician prescription for therapy. Please contact our office for more information or confirmation.
